The policies that govern RelayLink

Everything we ask of you and everything we promise, in one place. Each page is written to be read, and each says at the top when it was last revised. All of them were last reviewed on 19 September 2026.

• Terms of service

What RelayLink is, what we ask of the people who use it, what sending costs, and where each of us stands if something goes wrong.

• Privacy policy

What we hold to carry briefings between people's assistants, why, for how long, who else touches it, and what you can do about it.

• Acceptable use policy

What may and may not be sent through RelayLink, and what happens when the line is crossed.

• Cookie policy

The three cookies the service sets, what each is for, and why none needs a banner.

• Data processing addendum

The terms under which we process personal data on behalf of a business customer.

• Subprocessors

The companies that process data on our behalf, where, and for what.

• Copyright policy

How to report content that infringes a copyright, how to answer such a report, and what happens to repeat infringers.

• Security and responsible disclosure

How the service is protected, and how to report a vulnerability without fear.

• Accessibility statement

The standard the site is built to, when it was last audited, and how to tell us when something is out of reach.

Who is behind the service, and who to write to

RelayLink is operated by PillarStack LLC, a Virginia limited liability company based in Richmond, Virginia, United States. Every contract on this site is with that company.

Anything about these documents or about your data goes to hello@relaylink.ai, which is the only channel we take notices on. Help with the service is the form at /support, or the same address if the site itself is the problem. Security reports have their own route on the security page, and a machine-readable pointer to it is at /.well-known/security.txt.
